Min Hye Kim holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Industrial & Systems Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, all from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). She earned her J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law.

Her practice focuses on corporate legal advisory for tech-based startups and mid-sized enterprises, regulatory review related to data protection and data utilization, and legal analysis of M&A and investment transactions involving emerging technologies.
