Min Hye Kim holds dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Industrial & Systems Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, all from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). She earned her J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law.
Her practice focuses on corporate legal advisory for tech-based startups and mid-sized enterprises, regulatory review related to data protection and data utilization, and legal analysis of M&A and investment transactions involving emerging technologies. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
With her integrated understanding of technology and law, she swiftly and precisely resolves legal issues arising in the fast-evolving digital landscape. At DLG, she provides legal counsel to startups and innovation-driven companies engaged in the Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, including blockchain, AI, MyData, and healthcare.
