Yesol Min is a foreign attorney at DLG Law Corporation. She earned her LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Southern California and is licensed in California and Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on corporate law, investment transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment and labor matters.

While working at a unicorn startup, she has advised on a wide range of legal matters in the gaming industry, including copyright, trademarks, data privacy, investment agreements, and overall business compliance. In particular, she has led the drafting and negotiation of numerous publishing agreements in English and Korean, successfully bringing them to closing. In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate governance matters, including shareholder and board meetings, investor relations (IR), stock option grants and exercises, stock option plan administration, and employment and labor issues.
