Han Sung Kang, licensed in the State of New York, brings a unique blend of in-house, private practice, and startup experience. He has built a career providing practical legal solutions to mitigate risks for multinational corporations, early-stage startups, and venture-backed enterprises.

As a foreign attorney at Samsung Electronics, he led contract drafting, review, and negotiation for global business initiatives. He advised on legal risks associated with products and services, handled global compliance matters, and managed the legal aspects of international recalls, cross-border M&A, and technology licensing. He also oversaw privacy policies and terms of service for mobile services and content launches across jurisdictions.

Mr. Kang further served as Head of Legal and Overseas Partnerships at several tech startups, including Luxrobo (edtech), Green Package Solution (eco-friendly materials), and NeoLAB Convergence (a global leader in smartpens). He directly managed legal operations, investment deals, and business development efforts, overseeing the full life cycle of contracts—from negotiation and execution to implementation and post-closing.
