Yang Hee Jin is the Head of Research of the ESG Sustainability Center at DLG Law Corporation. With a master’s degree in Information Media Engineering from Soongsil University and having completed doctoral coursework in Social Economy at Hanyang University Graduate School of International Studies, she brings deep expertise in both computer science and social economy.

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Jin has built extensive experience in HR, corporate planning, marketing, CSR, and ESG at leading organizations such as Dong-A Media Group, Daewoo Group, and CJ Group’s ICT service affiliates. Her work has focused on helping people and organizations grow, with a strong emphasis on how businesses can interact responsibly with society and the environment through sustainable practices.

Driven by a firm belief in value-based business, she has also served as an impact investor at AIM Investment and currently acts as the CEO of GrowthHub Company, advising social enterprises and mission-driven organizations across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.

Her expertise spans from startups to mid-sized and large corporations. At DLG, she provides actionable, strategy-aligned ESG solutions tailored to each stage of corporate growth. Her areas of expertise include sustainable business practices, human rights management, social contribution, impact investing, and supply chain due diligence.
