Chang Sue Jang is an attorney and a certified public accountant (CPA) at DLG Law Corporation, delivering legal counsel from both legal and accounting perspectives. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and a J.D. from Sogang University Law School. He combines a strong foundation in business with interdisciplinary expertise and qualifications in both law and accounting.
Before joining DLG, Mr. Jang worked in the Financial Advisory Division at EY Korea, where he provided advisory services on corporate restructuring, financial due diligence, corporate valuation, and investment feasibility analysis, accumulating practical experience in the financial field.
