Jaeyong Park is a partner at DLG Law Corporation and leads the firm’s China Desk. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Korea University, a J.D. from Chungnam National University Law School, and an LL.M. in Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University.
Mr. Park brings years of experience from top law firms in China, where he developed deep expertise in Korea-China cross-border legal matters. His practice spans a broad range of advisory and dispute resolution work, as well as administrative procedures, including joint ventures, equity investments, M&A, data compliance under China’s Personal Information Protection Law, intellectual property and trade secret protection, and international trade disputes.
Before entering legal practice, Mr. Park worked at Naver in business planning, performance, and operations management, and also served as a marketing consultant. This business experience gives him a unique perspective on the legal needs of technology and content companies, enabling him to deliver practical business-oriented solutions. He provides comprehensive two-way legal support for clients operating between Korea and China. He advises Chinese and global companies —including those in the gaming and fintech industries —on Korean law, and assists Korean companies with legal analysis and case law in international arbitration matters. His bilingual and bicultural background enables him to deliver fully integrated legal services across both jurisdictions.
With extensive knowledge of Korean and Chinese law and procedure, Mr. Park helps clients navigate complex international legal landscapes and provides actionable legal solutions to maximize value in cross-border transactions and disputes.
