Songwook Kang offers a comprehensive range of legal services, with a primary focus on corporate law, M&A, cross-border investment, and finance. Mr. Kang previously served as a public service advocate at the Ministry of Justice, where he worked on national legal affairs and policy initiatives, including participation in a joint task force on virtual assets. He also handled a broad range of civil and criminal litigation, as well as labor law matters, at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation. His practice also includes experience in corporate criminal defense and disputes involving management control, which has equipped him a solid foundation in both advisory and litigation work. Recognized for his capabilities, he was named a 2025 Rising Star in Corporate Law by Legal Times Korea.
