Dong Hwan Kim earned his B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and his J.D. from Yonsei University Law School. He specializes in IT-related legal matters, including contracts, technology licensing, corporate investments, and M&A.
Mr. Kim provides strategic legal advice on compliance and business structuring for emerging industries such as blockchain, MyData, and mobility, helping clients minimize legal risks in highly innovative and fast-evolving sectors.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kim is actively involved in public interest, having led multicultural education initiatives at the LG Global School and volunteered with the NGO EduShare for several years.
