Na Rae Kim advises technology-driven startups and growth-stage companies, particularly in the ICT and healthcare sectors. With a Ph.D. in molecular and wireless communication and a B.S. in chemical engineering, she draws her engineering background to provide integrated legal services across corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, technology transfer, and contract review.

Prior to entering legal practice, Ms. Kim worked at the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS), where she contributed to policymaking on KS standards and KC certifications. She currently serves as a member of KATS’ Conformity Assessment Advisory Committee and is a legal advisor to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

At DLG, she is known for delivering fast, pragmatic advice that protects and enhances the value of clients’ technology in the ICT, healthcare, and medical sectors, combining legal analysis with technical fluency to help startups and companies navigate complex challenges.
