Sophat Chanleakhena is a Senior Foreign Attorney at DLG Law Corporation, with extensive expertise in cross-border legal collaboration between Cambodia and Korea. She earned her LL.B. from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia, an LL.M. from Regent University School of Law in the United States, and completed a J.D.-equivalent program at Handong International Law School in Korea. She is the founder and managing partner of ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and currently serves as an Independent Director of AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc.

Ms. Chanleakhena has deep experience in foreign investment, corporate advisory, banking and finance, and litigation. Her areas of focus include corporate law, commercial contracts and licensing, banking and finance services, fintech, employment law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and commercial litigation. She has successfully led complex cases involving banking, finance, employment, and real estate disputes.

With a strong understanding of Korean culture and business practices, she plays a key role in strengthening legal cooperation between Cambodia and Korea. At DLG, she leads the firm’s Cambodia Team and advises on corporate establishment, contracts, M&A, and financial transactions. She also provides legal guidance to government agencies and international organizations regarding foreign investment and regulatory matters.
