Sung Hyon Min is a partner and registered patent attorney at DLG Law Corporation. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and completed legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Korea. Leveraging his strong engineering background, he provides legal counsel in intellectual property, real estate, corporate transactions, and investment.
Mr. Min has particular expertise in patent infringement and trade secret litigation, as well as technology licensing, advising both domestic and multinational companies. His prior experience includes servicing as a patent examiner at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and as a faculty member in the Department of Electronic Engineering at the Korea Air Force Academy. He also worked as in-house counsel for a construction and development company, where he handled litigation involving building defects and approvals for housing projects. His practice bridges technical fluency with business insight, encompassing product sales agreements, equity and bond issuance, corporate governance, and business model development. Currently, he is pursuing an Executive MBA at Aalto University to further expand his strategic and managerial capabilities.
