Kyoung Jong Roh is a partner at DLG Law Corporation, and leads the firm’s Litigation/Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He earned his degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Korea University and his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law. Drawing on his deep understanding of investigative and trial procedures, he has provided comprehensive legal counsel across a broad range of criminal and corporate matters.
Since beginning his legal career in 2014, Mr. Roh has focused on litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on criminal and commercial disputes. He has obtained favorable outcomes in high-stakes fraud cases involving investment, lending, virtual assets, partnerships, real estate development, and service agreements. His practice also includes complex white-collar crime, including employee rebate schemes, embezzlement, breach of trust, misappropriation of government research funds, and breach of fiduciary duty involving venture capital funds. Mr. Roh has secured acquittals and non-indictments in numerous cases involving digital forensics, search and seizure, arrest warrants, sexual offenses, defamation, and business interference. In particular, he is especially well-regarded for his work in sexual offense litigation, an area of growing focus within Korea’s judiciary. He also advises startups on frequent challenges such as defamation, business interference, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act.
