John Yoon is an Advisor at DLG Law Corporation and the Country Director of BNI Korea. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in the U.S.
Mr. Yoon began his career at Samsung C&T Corporation and went on to practice law at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, one of the top 10 law firms in the U.S. He later worked at the Tokyo office of Paul, Weiss, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he advised leading Japanese and Korean corporations such as Japan Airlines, NEC, and Hanaro Telecom.

Following his legal career, Mr. Yoon pursued his passion for personal development and transitioned into leadership coaching and talent development. As the Head of Talent Development at Baker & McKenzie in Tokyo, he provided training to lawyers from around the world. He currently serves as the Country Director of BNI Korea, the Korean chapter of BNI, the world’s largest business networking and referral organization.

Mr. Yoon offers advisory services in leadership coaching, HR strategy, and business development for both global enterprises and startups, with a focus on strategic networking and professional growth.
