Apiwat Narkchamnun is a Senior Foreign Attorney at DLG Law Corporation and the Representative of DLG & AP, a joint venture law firm established by DLG and AP Law Office in Thailand. He holds an LL.B. and two LL.M. degrees in Public Law and Criminal Law from Thammasat University, and brings over a decade of legal experience in Thailand.
Mr. Narkchamnun is recognized as the first senior Thai attorney to join a Korean law firm. He has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution and provides practical and strategic legal advice to foreign investors and multinational clients in civil and criminal proceedings, arbitration, compliance matters, and regulatory investigations.
Mr. Narkchamnun has represented clients across a range of industries, including food and beverage, media and entertainment, event production, real estate, joint ventures, and employment.
