Yong Ha Kim is a distinguished patent attorney with deep expertise in life sciences and healthcare industry. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Molecular Biology from Seoul National University and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute. With hands-on R&D experience at ToolGen, and Daewoong Pharmaceutical, he brings a unique perspective that integrates scientific rigor with legal strategy.

Mr. Kim has handled a broad range of legal matters, including patent applications, licensing, and litigation for leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies such as Seegene, ToolGen, Olix, Daewoong, Hanlim, and Chong Kun Dang. As Director of Investments at Partners Investment, he oversaw investments in more than 40 bio and healthcare startups, offering legal guidance throughout their growth from inception to IPO.
