Joon Ho Lee is the Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Advisory Center at DLG Law Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from London Metropolitan University, an M.A. in Human Rights from University College London (UCL), and completed a postgraduate program in International Corporate Law at The University of Law in the United Kingdom. He is also a FIFA-licensed player agent, adding a layer of expertise in international sports affairs.

With extensive experience in cross-border business and international finance, he has advised on overseas incorporation, foreign legal research, foreign exchange reporting, and international transactions. In particular, he has handled complex foreign exchange filings such as direct investment declarations, securities acquisitions, and derivatives transactions, including filings associated with flip structures.

His comprehensive understanding of international legal systems enables him to deliver strategic and structured legal services for global business operations. At DLG, he supports both corporate and individual clients by providing legal and administrative assistance to facilitate global expansion and maximize their cross-border business outcomes.
