Introduction
DLG’s Real Estate & Construction Practice Group brings deep legal expertise supporting developers and construction firms through advisory and litigation on zoning, redevelopment, redevelopment, small-scale redevelopment, and street-house maintenance projects. We handle real estate PF, financing and taxation, construction defects, project labor rights, noise/sunlight disputes, liens, and inter-party conflicts.
Building on this foundation, we have expanded into tourism-hospitality development and PFV-financed AI cloud data center projects. Engaging in PropTech initiatives, our team collaborates across IT, blockchain, fintech, big data, and AI sectors. As a special member of the Korea PropTech Forum, we provide optimized legal support to stakeholders in real estate, construction, and PropTech.
