NaRae (Iris) Lee provides integrated legal services to companies and individuals, including startups preparing to enter the U.S. market, drawing on her experience across labor and employment law, immigration, and corporate legal matters. She advises on business- and employment-based nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence, while coordinating employment compliance frameworks and litigation risk management to support stable operations and sustainable growth in the United States.
She previously served as a Non-Equity Partner at BHS Law LLP in Silicon Valley, advising employers on labor and employment compliance and representing clients in class actions and PAGA matters. During this time, she was listed as a KOTRA Global Regional Expert and contributed publications on labor disputes and arbitration agreements. She also served as Head of Legal at a Korea-based biotech venture, overseeing U.S. subsidiary matters, including CRADA negotiations with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as clinical trial agreements and intellectual property management.
She is currently based at the Silicon Valley office of DLG Law Corporation, where she provides legal counsel across U.S. immigration, labor and employment, and corporate matters, with a focus on sustainable compliance and proactive risk management.
