Chaneun Yun is a Mongolian lawyer who manages the firm’s Mongolia desk. She is the third Korean to be admitted to the Mongolian bar after graduating from the National University of Mongolia (MUIS) Law School and passing the Mongolian Bar Examination. 

Chaneun Yun has advised and litigated various legal issues for Korean companies and individual clients in Mongolia. Her understanding of the history, culture, and legal systems of both Korea and Mongolia allows her to provide more localized legal services. Chaneun Yun also plays an important role at the diplomatic level by serving as legal advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Mongolia. 

Chaneun Yun’s years of experience in Mongolia have enabled her to advise and litigate cases involving Korean companies, as well as American, European and Asian companies, on entering Mongolia and conducting business in Mongolia.
