Min, Sung Hyon

Sung Hyon Min has worked as a private practitioner at law firms and as an in-house lawyer at domestic companies providing legal advice in real estate, intellectual property, domestic and cross-border investments, litigation and other areas of law. Mr. Min has used his experience as a patent examiner at the Korean Intellectual Property Office to advise clients on patent infringement litigation or technical licensing transactions. He has also advised technical companies in general corporate matters, including issuance of stocks or bonds, corporate structuring, and contract disputes. He has also gained experience in real estate and construction law, leading litigations concerning construction defects, construction payments, and property tax litigation. He also served as an in-house in a construction company as well as development company, also gaining experience in various disputes concerning alleged defects, construction and development licensing, and other contracts used in the field. At DLG, Mr. Min provides legal advice to and leads litigations on behalf of clients in real estate, Proptech, and start-up fields.
