Our law firm generally calculates the basic consultation fee based on the Time Charge method. The consultation fee is calculated by multiplying the hourly rate of the attorney by the time spent by the attorney on handling the consultation case. The hourly rate at our law firm ranges from 200,000 to 600,000 Korean won, depending on the attorney’s experience and expertise. For example, if an attorney with an hourly rate of 300,000 won spends 2.5 hours on handling a consultation case, the consultation fee would be 750,000 won (= 300,000 won × 2.5 hours). The consultation fees listed below are all exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
